Mr. Davis joined the Reaction Search International (RSI) team after several successful years in recruiting for Management Recruiters International. During his time with RSI, he has exercised his significant background in recruiting to deliver superior results to clients, especially in time-sensitive searches. As a Senior Project Director, he has had the opportunity to work with clients’ in filling executive level positions in several different industries.

Over the course of his tenure with RSI, Mr. Davis has had the pleasure to work with a dynamic assortment of clients including Verizon Information Services, Broder Bros, Goldman Sachs, World of Tile, and M.C. Assembly.

With an established network of active and passive candidates, he offers his clients a competitive edge when they are looking to fill a position with an exceptional candidate. Mr. Davis has worked with his clients to fill positions in Human Resources, Management, VPs, Store Management, Inside and Outside Sales positions, and other Senior-level positions.

Mr. Davis earned his B.A. in English and Creative Writing from California State University, Fullerton. He has been a multi-recipient of RSI’s Account Executive of the Month and a 2007 President’s Club Award Winner.
