Ms. Davis joined the Reaction Search International (RSI) team in 2006 following her experience working in the Public Administration field, including work with a California Assembly Member, County Supervisor, and City Manager. Exercising her significant background in identifying and implementing efficient and effective policies and procedures, Ms. Davis works to ensure that clients are delivered superior results that satisfy their executive recruiting needs.

As Operations Director, she works with senior leadership to plan, develop and implement strategy for enhanced organizational performance. Partnering with both the Operations and Recruiting departments, Ms. Davis acts as an intermediary between the two departments to identify and develop exceptional operational and organizational practices that will guarantee RSI’s clients are presented with outstanding executive recruiting services that garner results.

Leveraging her knowledge of best practices for organizational development and change, Ms. Davis continuously looks to improve operational performance in order to offer clients exclusive recruiting services that encompass world-class recruiting strategies that attract only the best talent for their respective industry and meet their hiring needs.

Ms. Davis earned her B.A. in Political Science and her M.P.A. in Organizational Change from California State University, East Bay.
