Robert L S Boroff serves as Managing Director & CEO for Reaction Search International, Executive Search Firm. He brings over a decade of successful recruiting and marketing experience to RSI. Before joining RSI, Mr. Boroff was an award-winning, top-producing Practice Manager with Management Recruiters International.
Over the years, Robert has worked with many Fortune 500 companies as well as many burgeoning, early-stage businesses. His business acumen, vision and innovative approach to the search process have contributed to RSI's impressive accomplishments and its recognition as one of the fastest growing executive search firms in the Nation.
Mr. Boroff studied Business Administration at Monterey Peninsula College in Monterey, California, and Psychology and Web Development at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California. He also has extensive sales training in Spin Selling, Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins, Customer Focused Selling, Anthony Robbins, Franklin Time Management, and Sandler Sales Training and is a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM).
