Yesterday, Chuck Reid, co-owner of the CityFlats Hotel in Holland, Michigan, announced plans to renovate the former Fox Jewelers Building at 83 Monroe Center in Grand Rapids into a 28-room boutique hotel, reports the Grand Rapids Press.
