ST. MARYS – Crime pays, at least those who draw paychecks to watch the criminals. D. Ray James Prison in Folkston will hold two job fairs to hire the 200 additional workers it will need to oversee the federal inmates it will house in the fall. The job openings include corrections officers, maintenance workers, administrative and staff professionals, medical personnel, mental health case managers, coordinators, counselors and chaplains. The Georgia Department of Labor will assist with the job fairs from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on June 30 and July 9 at the College of Coastal Georgia in Kingsland.
