An expansion at the Harvest Time Bread Company in Mount Airy is expected to save jobs and create several new ones, the company announced Friday. The Woodbridge, N.J.-based company said the expansion represented a $4.5 million investment that will save 86 jobs and create 38 more over the next three years.
