Our client
– A U.S.-Based Construction/Real Estate Development Firm – had a need for a Construction Recruitment effort for a qualified and successful Construction Superintendent with excellent time management abilities. This person needed to oversee eight construction sites, and have 8 to 12 years of large construction company project management experience.
Challenge:
In one of our countries largest construction booms, the war for industry talent was fierce. Traditional channels which the company has used in the past to acquire personnel have dried up. Their request was that Reaction Search International locate, source, attract and hire these qualified individuals within a very tight timeline (6 weeks).
