Innoventor has won a $50 million, five-year contract from Lockheed Martin and will hire 20 to 30 engineers in the next 90 days to work on the project. The new contract for work on Lockheed’s Joint Strike Fighter marks the largest assignment ever for Innoventor, said CEO Kent Schien, who started the engineering business in his basement in 1996.
