A window and door manufacturer is opening up shop in South Carolina with a nearly $1 million investment that is expected to create 125 new jobs. Kinro Inc., a subsidiary of White Plains, NY-based Drew Industries Inc., announced Wednesday it would locate its new $978,300 manufacturing plant in the former Philips Products plant in Chester.
