Language Line Services Inc. said Monday it plans to add more than 1,000 new positions for its over the phone, over video and face-to-face interpretation services. Monterey-based Language Line said the work force expansion comes on the heels of its recent launch of new interpretation offerings, including an iPhone app with access to live interpreters in 10 languages.
