Open to a fully remote Full Cycle Recruiter in any location with minimum 5 years experience with a verifiable track record of 300K yearly cash in
All Career options are paid a Base Salary (based on level of experience) and a Yearly Bonus upon goal achievement
*Project Coordinator-Recruiter ( 0-2 years experience)
*Project Manager-Recruiter (2 plus years of recruiting experience)
*Full Cycle Executive Recruiter/Managing Director/Recruiting Manager (5 plus years of working in a full cycle recruiting position, averaging 300K a year in cash in)

As a Qualified Candidate you will need to meet the following criteria:
*Successful sales background; proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales quota on a consistent basis.

*BA/BS a plus

What your job would entail:
*Full-cycle recruiting role from prospecting and business development to working with candidates and clients.
*Phone Sport-to be successful in this business call volume needs to be high
*Be comfortable using technology tools to gather information (CRM database, LinkedIn)
*Have strong investigation skills, need to be curious by nature
*Collaborate with current and future clients to identify their recruiting needs
*Interview and screen candidates for your clients through phone interviews, video conferencing, reference checks, etc. with team support.
*Fulfill your clients’ recruiting needs using superior recruiting resources and technology
*Work with some of the industry’s leading executive recruiters
*Exposure to a wide variety of industries.
*Exercise significant prospecting and closing skills
*Ability to interact with senior level to C-level executives
Being a recruiter can be a challenging career choice. However, if you have the grit and determination it can be one of the most financially rewarding careers ever. Depending heavily on years of experience, base salary first year ranges $60-$100K. It does take time to build your business. This position can lead you to a six-figure income however you have to put the time and effort in to see that success. Like all sales and recruitment jobs, this is dependent on how much revenue you generate. We provide you with complete training, client job orders, existing and repeat client base provided.
