We are currently expanding our team at our Newport Beach headquarters. We are looking for high-energy sales professionals who are ready to leverage our consistent lead flow to build a lucrative, six-figure career.
The Opportunity: High-Volume Sales & Full-Cycle Search
This is a “360-degree” recruiting role. You will manage the entire lifecycle—from initial business development and lead conversion to candidate screening and final placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Transform provided leads into active search assignments by collaborating with C-suite and senior-level executives.
- Candidate Management: Source, interview, and screen top-tier talent to ensure a perfect cultural and professional match.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Guide both clients and candidates through the interview and offer process with the support of our industry-leading resources.
- Market Mastery: Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, becoming a versatile consultant in the national and international marketplace.
Schedule & Location
Enjoy a schedule designed for peak performance and personal time:
- Office: Newport Beach, CA
- Hours: In-office Monday through Thursday.
- Fridays: Work from home / Remote.
Compensation & Value We Bring
We provide the stability of a guaranteed income with the massive upside of a top-tier commission structure.
- Compensation Structure: We offer a guaranteed base salary of $70,304 per year (Newport Beach only), paid as a draw against commission. This ensures you have a consistent, high-level income while you build your pipeline toward significant commission checks.

Who You Are
We hire for grit, communication, and sales acumen. While recruiting experience is a plus, it is not required—we offer complete, world-class training for the right sales hunter.
Requirements:
- Sales Pedigree: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You treat your desk like your own business and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with high-level executives and build rapport quickly.
- Education: BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Mindset: Competitive, resilient under pressure, and a lifelong learner with a great sense of humor.
