Challenge:

Our client’s $10 million operation had outgrown its current office. The accounting department and was ready to bring in a Controller who had the vision and technical skills to cut costs, increase profitability and eventually grow into the critical role of Chief Financial Officer within 2-3 years.
 

Action:

A strong partnership was created. We worked closely with the President of the U.S. division to identify the necessary skills and experience this position would demand from the financial professional who accepted this challenge.
