Challenge:

Operating in 11 states and growing rapidly through acquisitions and building new locations, our client did not have the man power and expertise to conduct searches at the senior management level. RSI’s challenge was to secure a Director of Operations responsible for the management and profitability of multiple retail dentistry locations.
