Our Client

– A US-Based Sleep Lab and Sleep Health company– had a need for a Sales Recruitment effort for qualified and successful business development professionals with entrepreneurial acumen, and strong community involvement.
 

Challenge:

Through acquisition, our client had taken over the workings of several laboratories within the Southwestern United States, and the Pacific Northwest. Their request was that Reaction Search International locate, source, attract, and hire these qualified individuals within a very tight timeline (6 weeks).
 

Action:

With an in-depth analysis of our client’s needs, and a lengthy discussion regarding the client’s culture, and vision for this expansion, our Executive Recruiting Team worked to ascertain the critical competencies of the position and personality traits of hiring managers and partners to build an accurate and detailed profile of the ideal candidate.
