Our Client:

A rapidly growing international Medical Monitoring manufacturer — had a need for a Sales Recruitment effort for a qualified and successful International Regional Sales Executive who could speak a foreign language. This person needed to have contacts within medical facilities on an international basis and a sales track record to prove it. They also had to have previous technical knowledge of their products.
 

Challenge:

In today’s world, medical devices and biosciences have been one our fastest growing industries creating thousands of new roles with in the industry. This creates a challenge when recruiting for professionals who are experienced. For position like this, there are limited professionals that have the amount of experience and skills needed to be successful. On top of the technical challenges, we have to also find a candidate that was traveling 50% of the time to South American countries to meet with clients. Their request was that Reaction Search International locate, source, attract, and present these qualified individuals as soon as possible so the company could hit their revenue goals for that part of the world.
 

Action:
